Anne Thomas

Anne has spent her entire career working with older adults and their families in both residential and home settings. As the leader of several organizations, Anne has worked tirelessly to enrich teams, care experiences, and environments in order to provide the absolute best for older adults and their families.

Anne holds a degree in Social Work from Providence College and a master’s degree in social work from Hunter College. She is also a certified Health and Wellness Counselor, a Master Gardener, and a Yoga Instructor.

Anne values the importance of connection and relationships as a means of creating the best possible experience for all. Her positive, warm, and individualized approach is a cornerstone of her work.
