Valerie Bartos

BGS, CDP

Valerie has been working with and helping older adults and their families for more than 25 years. As a senior living professional, she has guided many individuals through the process of moving and beginning a new chapter in their lives.

She has worked extensively with individuals with dementia and has completed the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care curriculum through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP). Valerie has facilitated support groups and has also served as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Program Director.

Her commitment to seniors has been recognized by Argentum (formerly the Assisted Living Federation of America, ALFA) with a Champion of Seniors Award, as well as an Outstanding Resident Service Award from the Connecticut Assisted Living Association (CALA). Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCONN with a focus on human services.
